North Shore Engagement Session

Heather and Connor met online playing games with friends, which is so cool considering he was all the way across the pond in Scotland. Their bond grew, bringing him all the way to Minnesota for True Love. These two are so cute and I was so excited for their wedding after we did their engagement photos. Nearly everywhere along the North Shore is a stunning place for photo opportunities. I was so excited while planning this for them. Plus, it was a great opportunity to introduce Connor to some iconic and breathtaking sights in his new home state.

We met up and began our session by hiking up to Palisade Head; the lot at the top was closed off for construction at the time. It’s a short, but steep half mile hike up to the top. After that, we moseyed on over to Tettegouche State Park, which was only a five minute drive north. First we stopped down by the river, then we climbed our way up, stair after stair after stair, to the cliffside overlooking Palisade Head. We finished the session and the sky blessed us with one of the moodiest sunsets I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing.

I hope you enjoy the highlights from their engagement session! I had a blast taking them.
